Dr. Donadio is licensed in the state of NJ and is credentialed with Psypact. This means that she is able to see clients located in NJ or any of the states listed on the psypact map, which can be found here https://psypact.gov/page/psypactmap
fees
We are in-network with Medicare, Aetna (NJ plans), and Horizon BCBS of NJ, If you have out of network benefits with another company, we can provide a superbill which can be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement, depending on your individual plan.
In addition, we can accomodate individuals who do not have insurance or who would prefer not to use their benefits. The rate for a 60 minute session is $200; a limited number of sliding scale spots are available as well. Please reach out if you have concerns about cost, and we'd be happy to discuss different options.
